Return Policy
About Returns:
- KMkollective will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If items were purchased on sale or with a discount code, they are NOT eligible for return. All returns will be issued with store credit. KMkollective will only accept merchandise that is in original condition (unwashed, unworn and all original tags are intact). KMkollective reserves the right to refuse a return on any merchandise that does not meet the requirements listed above.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable
- All sale items, accessories (including jewelry), bodysuits, and bralettes are NOT eligible for return
- For shoe returns, place shoes in their original box and place inside an additional box or shipping bag in order to avoid shoe box damage
How to Start a Return:
- Option 1: return the items using your own postage (send an email to hello@kmkollective.com to receive the mailing address).
- Option 2: Send an email to hello@kmkollective.com and be sure to include the order number (found in the order confirmation email) and I will email you a return label. The items will then need to be packaged and dropped off at your nearest USPS. A $10 return shipping fee and the original shipping costs will NOT be included in the store credit
